We are committed to providing long term support to each and every product installation. From project planning and logistics, through installation and post completion support, Adaptaspace will be there for the complete life cycle of your control room. In addition to our industry leading Lifetime Warranty, we recognize that a project does not end when the installation is complete and regularly respond to a variety of parts and service requests in support of clients wishing to implement minor equipment changes and upgrades, or major reconfigurations.
Our approach to installation planning starts well before the room is ready for consoles. This begins with collaboration with other members of the project team to ensure the installation is well planned, and continues with coordination with the integration team and other contractors while working on site. We provide a dedicated project manager to each and every project, regardless of size or complexity.
Adaptaspace manages all delivery and site offload logistics. Shipping is provided in trailers with air-ride suspension suitable for furniture transportation and all product is crated to ensure it arrives safely on site. Our installation team will off load the delivery and move the product into its final installed location.
The design and modular nature of our consoles allows them to be shipped in a partially assembled condition which results in a fast track off load and installation, reducing the time impact when on site.
Adaptaspace is proud of its team of certified installers and project managers and the professionalism they bring to each installation. Our ‘White Glove’ installation service provides complete move-in, assembly, waste removal, cleaning and testing, and training for each console installation.
Following completion of the installation of consoles, any remaining waste, installation materials, and/or tools are removed from the site. Our installers clean and test all consoles prior to inspection by the customer. Adaptaspace performs a final Field Acceptance Test of each console to be witnessed by the customer and provides console maintenance and operations training.
Adaptaspace console systems are designed for over 20 years of use in a 24/7 operating environment and are backed by a Lifetime Warranty that Adaptaspace brand products are free from defects in materials and workmanship including all fixed structural frame components, exterior panels, interior shelves, work surfaces and all adjustable, sliding or hinge mechanisms.
Electrical components incorporated into Adaptaspace consoles, including the electrical sit/stand system and task lights, are covered by a 5 year warranty.
Adaptaspace backs all Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) products supplied or incorporated into its brand products with an extended warranty, so that the warranty shall be that of the OEM or 3 years, whichever is greater.
We are committed to providing long term support to each and every product installation. Our Emergency Call number provides our customers with the security of knowing a technician will respond within 1 hour during normal working hours to troubleshoot the issue and provide a service resolution plan.
